Will my shipping be delayed due to the recent health crisis?
Shipping from our warehouse is currently running as normal. If you are waiting for an order and changes happen outside of our control which cause delays to shipments we will communicate with you immediately. There may be slight delays to current delivery times so please try to factor this in when ordering.

HOW CAN I CREATE MY ACCOUNT?
To create an account, click on the tool icon in the top menu, select "Register Now" and follow the instructions.
I FORGOT MY PASSWORD, HOW CAN I RETRIEVE IT?
In that case, click on "Login" on the tool icon on the top menu and follow the instructions "I forgot my password".
ORDERS
ARE THE PHOTOS USED ON THE SITE REAL?
Yes, all photos used by us are real photos. In the printed versions, the print may change slightly due to the positioning of the print in the cutting process.
CAN YOU HELP ME WITH THE BEST SIZE FOR ME?
You can find our size chart on all product pages and in the footer. If you need additional help, please send us an email.
HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?
To place an order, you have to access the shop page, choose the product(s), its size and add it to the cart. After that, when you decide to finalize the purchase, access your shopping cart. After filling in your details, choose your payment method and when your payment is processed, your order is underway. If you need help, please contact us by email.
IS THERE A COUPON/DISCOUNT CODE I CAN USE?
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will offer you a 10% off coupon to use on your first order. Please note that this coupon is for one-time use only and cannot be combined with other coupons or special promotions.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
You can pay with your Credit/Debit Card, Paypal, MBWay/Multibanco (Portugal only) and Klarna. All our payment methods are extremely secure.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER THE PAYMENT IS PROCESSED?
We cannot guarantee this because the order may have already been sent, but you can contact us as soon as you realise this by email and we will see what we can do.
DO YOU DELIVER ALL OVER THE WORLD?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
DO YOU COVER THE COST OF IMPORT TAXES?
We do not cover the cost of import taxes or duties. These will be charged to you by the carrier, if applicable.

I BOUGHT A PRODUCT IN PRE-ORDER. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE IT?
When a product is on pre-order, the estimated shipping date is in the description of each product.
IF I AM NOT AT MY ADDRESS WHEN THE ORDER ARRIVES, WHAT HAPPENS?
In that case, the transport company will leave you a document and you can pick up your parcel following the instructions or they will try to arrange another delivery.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You can follow the process of your order in your account dashboard. After the package is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking code to follow each step of your order.
MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED YET, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If the delivery deadline has passed and you have not received your order, please track your order with your tracking code or send us an email with your order number and we will contact you as soon as possible.
SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
In case there is a problem with the product you ordered, please send us an email with the details of the problem and the order number.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES?
